Return and Exchange Policy

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase/delivery. Items must be in original condition (unaltered, unworn, and in original packaging) and accompanied by a sales receipt or packing slip.
  • For purchases beyond 14 days, items may be eligible for store credit or exchange, provided they are in perfect condition.
  • Personalized, engraved, or altered items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • Shipping and import fees are non-refundable.

RETURN GUIDELINES

  • All return requests must be sent to shop@goldmarketflorence.com. Packages sent without prior notification will not accepted.

  • Refunds for international returns will be processed in euros based on the purchase price, regardless of currency exchange rates.
  • Clients are responsible for shipping costs and any customs duties or import charges. We do not accept packages requiring customs payment.

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

We work with top manufacturers to create premium, Made in Italy, pieces designed to last. We are confident in the quality of our products, which is why we offer a lifetime warranty for free repairs*.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Lost items;
  • Scratches or damage caused by normal wear and tear (e.g., a bent ring or broken chain), or improper storage of your item;
  • Items that have been modified by a third party outside of The Gold Market;
If you experience an issue with your product, please contact us to arrange a repair or receive further assistance. Please note that any additional gold required will incur an extra charge.
